A Turning Point?

At times in football there are turning points! During the season, during a particular match, whenever. They can be small things. They can be big times in a season, game which can totally define a group and today one moment hopefully can push us on as a team. It can be argued that our first goal or even the second could have been this moment, for me it was the first, however”Ugly” the goal was it gave us the momentum to “Kick on” and get the three points that our second half performance deserved in my opinion.

There’s still plenty to work on, we still seem to be stuttering in the attacking third but the general attitude towards the match was very good and as long as we can show this determination, I’m sure the quality will come.

With the win it means an average start to the season 2 wins, 2 draws and 2 losses, obviously it could have been better and it’s certainly not the start we would have wished for but it is what it is, no complaints but as originally said there are turning points and let’s hope this result can do this for us.
