Cambridge United goalkeeper Louis Chadwick has joined the Crows on loan as a result of Dimi Kyriatzis picking up an ankle injury during last Saturday’s draw away to Stratford Town

Despite valiantly playing on last week, the injury to Dimi has ruled him out for the next couple of weeks.

Louis signed his first professional contract with Cambridge United in July this year and is highly thought of by the U’s. He has previously had loan spells with  Cambridge City and St Neots Town. Louis goes straight into the squad for Saturday’s fixture at home to Coalville Town.

Steve Castle said, “Obviously, the injury to Dimi is a blow but we’re confident in Louis’ ability and I’m sure he will come here and be a success. We are grateful to Cambridge United for their help in securing this loan deal which will undoubtedly benefit Louis and of course us.”
