Next up, Royston Town Women after their successful 4-3 victory in the final of the county cup against fellow league side Stevenage Women. Royston Town Women return to league action for their final 5 games of the season, and all of the games are at home so get down and support the Women. Their first of 5 is when they host Haringey Borough Women in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League Premier Division, Sunday, 2pm kick-off. We have played Haringey twice this season away in the league and FA Women’s Cup with Royston winning both games with 3-1 wins the top goalscorer in those games was Emma Slater getting 4 goals, 2 in each one a goal for Emma Slater will be a big one as she will reach another milestone in scoring 100 goals for Royston.

If you can’t make the journey to Alvechurch on Saturday, get down and support the Reserves. Royston played Leighton Town Development 2 weeks ago in a midweek clash and took back to Royston with 3 points. Reuben Williams put the hosts in from early on, but Lucas Darby got us back level before a late Michael Baulk goal in stoppage time won it for Royston.
