Royston's prolific form continued with a thrashing of the bottom of the league side. The resurgent Crows are now six games unbeaten as they climbed to fourth in the table with games in hand.
With a strong wind behind them Royston attacked relentlessly in the first half but were indebted to keeper Conor Long who made one very early block to deny the visiting forward.
This was to be the visitor's only chance as they defended stoutly but were often cut open with some impressive moves from all positions.
The hosts had already hit the woodwork four times when Owen Bentley opened the scoring from close range . A close range header from Matt Brennan and a wind assisted cross that found the net from Bentley extended the lead before half time.
Royston produced one of their best halves of possession football after the interval and despite missing chances further goals from Jacob Leighton, Jake Booth, Jordan Hall and first goals of the season for Dan Sizer and Micael Vieira completed the rout
