A Solid Performance

The second match played in our pre-season schedule yesterday. This time against Histon Who unfortunately have found themselves in Step 5.

Lance Key our old goalkeeping coach has been in charge for a while now and all of us at Royston wish them all the best for the campaign.

A 2-0 win for us, could and should have been more. It’s a clean sheet and a solid performance by all concerned.

For most of the boys that’s their 2nd 45 mins and now to step up and give lads longer, maybe an hour and to look to get 90 mins in a few weeks time.

Attitude has been superb from all but very early days.
