Ladies Beaten in Cup Final

Our Ladies put in a great performance on Sunday afternoon at The County Ground, Letchworth on Sunday, losing narrowly to Premier Division Leverstock Green in the Herts FA Women's Cup Final.

Jo Rutherford's excellent strike on 20 minutes gave the Crows a deserved half-time lead, but Leverstock Green came back strongly with three goals in the second period. Jo Rutherford's second goal in the 89th minute came too late for Royston to be able affect the result.
