Luke Robins

Royston Town and Cambridge City have agreed a one month loan deal for the Crow’s talented left sided midfielder Luke Robins beginning today (Monday 15 November).

Luke has been at Royston for the past three seasons and in that time has contributed significantly to the Club’s phenomenal run of League and Cup successes.
 

Commenting on the move Royston’s President, Alan Barlow said “We have always thought Luke could play at a higher level and the time seems right to give him the opportunity of a fresh challenge at City. I know Gary Roberts has expressed interest in Luke in the past and I’m sure he’ll be a great asset in Cambridge’s promotion bid. Whilst we will miss Luke’s magical runs down the left we sincerely hope things work out well for him with City”.
