My Management Team

Hi Everyone,

True to form a very quick response to our fantastic win against St Ives!!

Because of work commitments I could not take the game from the start. I handed the reigns to the very capable hands of Chris Watters and Ada Cambridge. Both in my opinion need a special mention. Chris has a" No win" situation. He is still playing and also contributing to the managerial side. I think he is doing a great job!! He is a superb coach, knows the game and is a brilliant assistant to me!

Ada is of the same character. He has taken on the very hard role of reserve team manager. He is realising the problems that come with the position but deals with it fantastically well. He will do anything for the club and I for one am very grateful for both of their services!!!

On to the game and as said I didn't get there till half time. I was told that we were 1-0 up and just listened to the half time chat and instructions. Things said from the two of them were spot on and I went to do the really important job of getting the teas in!!

We quickly finished the game off with great goals by Kaan and Lockie. Still looking for perfection we weren't happy that we conceded a solitary gaol but saw the game out for a convincing win.

I've got to say that the three at the back were excellent!! Conor, George and Spyros took to the task and performed as a unit superbly!! At this moment I'm so proud of all the lads!!

They are a fantastic bunch and to think we have Theo/Craig/Luke/Rob Mason and Ryan Wharton to come back in at some stage I'm very hopeful of our ambitions!!
