Raring To Go….

Hello Everyone,

A full week fixture wise for the players because we added a friendly on Tuesday night against my old team St Albans.

We accepted their request for a game because we have a lot of lads needing playing time. People like Joe De la Salle, Kaan, George, Chris, Josh, Luke were all needing to play so it was as good idea for both parties. We applied ourselves extremely well and although we lost to the odd goal, we clearly matched our opponents in most areas other than maybe our finishing!

Tonight we have training at Meridian, in preparation for our game away at Godalming.

Team selection is getting tough at the moment with other than Stuart Bridges everyone fit and playing well. My biggest headache is up top where Kaan has come in and performed well. Luke who looked impressive on Tuesday as well as Chris and Josh, not to mention the three lads who have been playing recently in Ingers, Rob and Rhys. You can see the issue!

All of this brings positives, it just about getting the right balance in the appropriate games!!

Meanwhile as said, Stu had to pull out of last Saturday's game due to a tight calf and is our only non-starter but otherwise all are raring to go.
