TOM’S WEEKEND PREVIEW – 12th & 13th April
Hi and welcome to this weekend’s preview with Royston Town FC, Royston Town Women, Royston Town Reserves and Royston Town Vets.
First up, Royston Town host Bromsgrove Sporting from Worcestershire in our penultimate home game of the season in the Southern League Premier Central, Saturday, 3pm kick-off. Last weekend Royston finally got a win under their belts after beating Alvechurch away and are hoping to keep going with the season nearly coming to a close. A win for Royston also means we’ve beaten 3 sides from the County of Worcestershire at least once this season with us beating Redditch United at home and last weekend opponents Alvechurch. Our last meeting was a 2-1 win for Bromsgrove with Theo Robinson putting Bromsgrove 1-0 before Kian Harness equalised before a great strike from Jamie Meddows was the winner for Bromsgrove that game.
