TOM’S WEEKEND PREVIEW – Aug 31st & Sept 1st

Hi and welcome to this weekend preview with Royston Town FC and Royston Town Women.

 

First up Royston Town take a break from league action when they have a home tie against league rivals Bedford Town in the FA Cup 1st qualifying round, Saturday, 3pm kick-off. This will be our first ever FA Cup meeting between the sides.

80p for an hour / 90p for 2 hours / £1.20 for 3 hours / £3.50 for more than 3 hours. After 3pm parking is free.

Next up Royston Town Women are at home when they host Watford Ladies Development in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League Premier Division on Sunday. Please note this is a 3pm kick-off instead of a 2pm kick- off. Our last meeting was in 2023 when Royston Town Women drew 1-1 in the Herts Women’s County Cup and progressed by winning 4-2 on penalties. Royston Town Women will also be looking to maintain their 100% record in the league after an impressive performance after beating Cambridge City Women away 10-0 last Sunday.
