TOM’S WEEKEND PREVIEW – Dec 23rd

Hi and welcome to this weekend’s preview with Royston Town FC and Royston Town U23’s.

First up, Royston Town FC travel to Coalville Town, our last meeting was in the FA Trophy with Coalville breaking their curse against us with a 3-1 win. Coalville’s nickname is the Ravens, this came from the town of Ravenstone and in 1995 moved to Coalville after being unable to upgrade their old ground and renamed Coalville Football Club in 1995 then, to the current club’s name since 1998.

For those that haven’t brought a ticket online there is a cash payment hut which is the same admission prices as buying online.

 

 

There will be on-site free parking available at the ground. There is further parking available in the town centre, supporters are asked to avoid parking on Owen Street & Kane Close to avoid disruption for local residents.

 

We will be running a coach to the game as well, departure time is 10:15am from King James Town Hall Car Park which is £10 per person

 

Last up is Royston Town U23’s and they are also on the road as they travel to local rivals Letchworth Garden City Eagles in the Spartan South Midlands Division One. We won our encounter earlier on in the season with a 2-1 win.
