We Are Buzzing

Wow!!!

The players did us proud today in an enthralling game that swung both ways but with us quite rightly in my opinion coming out on top by 4 goals to 3!!

Quite simply the lads were excellent. Not only did they have the character to come back from a early setback but to regain the lead three times is exceptional.

Now to take confidence from this victory. We had a few lads either under the weather from flu or unavailable, so it was certainly “Backs to the wall” mentality. That said the boys didn’t show any negativity and took the game to a very good team.

To “Bounce back” from a psychologically devastating defeat is a great testament to the present attitude of this talented squad.

We now have to build on this, we still have a couple of games in hand but we have to win them. We also have to take on our nearest rivals again, so EVERY match is vital.

Our situation is this, we are buzzing, with belief, with confidence and brilliant attitude. I’m sure I can say on behalf of the players, bring the games on. Barring injuries and possible suspensions we have a competitive squad, all wanting to start but together nonetheless.

Both Chris and I are very proud of the players achievements thus far but now to push on. It’s the business end of the season so keep it up boys, we are all behind you!!
