We are now accepting CVs from interested parties for the vacancy of Head of Recruitment.

As Head of Recruitment, you will be required to understand the Royston Town football philosophy and ensure that our scouting process enables the Club to identify, monitor and assess potential targets against this philosophy.

The successful applicant must ensure all information and data collected is of the highest standard and be readily available to the 1st Team Management and Chairman at the Club.

They must also have an extensive understanding of non-League football and players within the local area of the football club.
