In this extra friendly game the Under 11 Royston Town Youth Eagles lined up against one of the stronger teams in their division. Good solid goalkeeping by Lewis Wood and excellent defending by Jamie Penn, Joe Burn and Tom Turner gave the team the foundations to build on. Callum Toovey and Matthew Bailey played their usual commanding game in midfield, ably supported by Luke Warner, and the attacking force made up of Will Tucker, Keiran Blois, Michael Baulk and Lewis Anderson provided the firepower  with Tucker scoring a good hat-trick, Blois grabbing a brace and Baulk and Anderson hitting one each.
