The first away league game of the season saw Crows at Bishops Stortford Blues.
Crows were asleep at the start and Blues scored early and looked like they were going to run away with the game from the start.
With the pressure on Crows they hung on pinned back for long periods in their own area, and Bradley had to make at least one great save.
Crows slowly got into their game and started to believe in themselves pushing forward while still keeping their shape,
They struggled in the final third against a strong blues defence.
Wilko had a goal disallowed for offside probably the right decision as the linesman had his flag up very early.
End to end football then saw chances at both ends with Toby hitting the post just before half time.
The second half was a different game with Crows on the front foot.
Again though the defence had to work hard with some desperate clearances.
Several attacks on the Blues goal came to nothing with either their defence or keeper clearing up wayward passes or shots.
James also had a goal disallowed for offside and it looked like it wasn't going to be Crows day.
With five minutes to go Wilko got through and as the keeper came out lobbed the ball over his head.
All finished 1-1 and probably a fair result.
Crows are learning 11 aside well against teams who have played the game before, if they keep going about their business and work a bit harder from the start then they will be fine.
Man of the match went to two players 1 Lewis M for a strong defensive game
and Zac on the right wing who worked hard throughout.
