Joined the Crows on loan from Stevenage last season and was signed on a permanent basis this season. Alfie joined the Stevenage from Spurs and signed a pro deal with them in April 2021. Made his professional debut for Stevenage in a 1–0 victory at Scunthorpe United in May 2021. Alfie has spent time on loan at Kings Langley, Hemel Hempstead Town and Hayes & Yeading United.
