Rod re-joined the Crows in July 2023. He began his career with Norwich City, making appearances for their U18s and U21s before moving on. A pacey forward with a keen eye for goal and has the ability to change a game. Previous clubs include Ilkeston Town, Gainsborough Trinity, Grantham Town, Frickley Athletic and Long Eaton.
